Collapsible Pallet Boxes

Folded, the GLC975 takes up around 60% less space than it does erected, so empty stock stores in a fraction of the footprint and return loads carry far more units per vehicle. That matters most in closed-loop operations, where boxes go out full and come back empty: a fixed-wall box occupies its full 975 mm height on the return leg whether it is loaded or not, while a collapsible box does not. The saving compounds across storage rent, return haulage and the yard space taken by idle stock, which is usually where a collapsible box pays back its higher unit cost against a fixed-wall equivalent.

Both types share the same 1200 x 1000 mm footprint and handle identically on a forklift, so the choice comes down to what the box does when it is empty.

Choose collapsible if boxes return empty, cycle in and out of store, or compete for constrained floor and yard space.

Choose fixed-wall if boxes stay loaded in racking, rarely travel empty, or need a higher rated load. Our Closed Wall Industrial box carries up to 700 kg.

Consider ventilated if the contents need airflow, such as fruit, vegetables and other perishables.
