  • Items must be returned in their original condition, suitable for resale (e.g., unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging).


How to Request a Return

To make returning your item easy, follow these steps:

  2. Select the order you’d like to return and follow the prompts to submit your return request.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for the return via our trusted couriers.

Return Shipping Costs:
  • For change-of-mind returns, we’ll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. The cost will be clearly displayed during the returns process.
  • For items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund, including any original delivery charges.


Refund Deductions

We believe in fairness, so we won’t charge a restocking fee.
However:

  • If the item has been damaged or used beyond what’s necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value.
  • Example: Returning a product with significant wear or missing parts may result in a partial refund.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right:

  • We’ll cover all return costs and issue a full refund or replacement as soon as possible.
