This large 455L open-top plastic tank provides a durable, industrial-grade solution for storing and handling water, materials, equipment, fish, and testing samples. Manufactured in the UK from tough MDPE and available in recycled black or food-grade colours, it offers excellent rigidity for heavy, high-volume use.
Choose between Standard or Heavy-Duty wall thickness: Standard is ideal for solids, pond work, and partial liquid loads, while the Heavy-Duty option is recommended for full liquid capacity without flexing. Popular for aquaculture, ice baths, pond building, garden projects, and high-volume water handling. Optional drainage fittings include a bung or tap.

Both versions are built for performance — the difference lies in wall thickness and load capacity.
Standard Duty
Ideal for general use. Strong and robust for solid or dry materials. May flex slightly if filled more than 70% with liquid.
Heavy Duty
Thicker walls provide extra rigidity for liquid loads. Maintains full shape and stability even when filled to 100%.
